Do you buy your eggs, cheese, etc from farmers that use humane animal practices? (organic, pastured, not mutilated)
I have not been to your fine estqablishment, but based on the clientele I MUST try it on my next visit home.
We went for brunch today. Everything was excellent. The fruit in the granola was delicious, the garden was beautiful, and the tuna croissant super yummy. We also took home cookies and scones. Yum. Definitely planning to be regular brunchers.
